This is not Sendwire.

It is a placeholder standing in for the mac-arm64 build, so the download path can be
exercised end to end before there is anything real to ship.

If you reached this file by clicking a download button, the mechanism works:
the button asked /api/release?platform=... and was redirected here. What is
missing is only the binary.

To replace it, point `base` in functions/api/release.ts at wherever the real
builds live — GitHub Releases to begin with, an R2 bucket once bandwidth starts
to cost something — and drop the .txt suffixes.
